Refund policy

We only issue refunds for two reasons: if your order is no longer available or out of stock. Absolutely no refunds as soon as we've ordered your Pasabuy Request or if our on-hand items have left our Manila HQ, so be sure you're 100% certain about your order.

We photograph your order before they are shipped out to ensure you are receiving your order correctly and in perfect condition. While we take great care in packaging your order, sometimes things happen. We are not responsible for damages that occur after orders have left our US and Manila HQ. We can issue a discount based on the extent of the damage, but absolutely no returns or refunds.
