Shipping policy

  • We offer two shipping options: 
    • Standard Shipping: Balikbayan box consolidation with other Pasabuy orders. Standard shipping from US to Philippines is free for the first 10kg. After which, an additional Php1000 or USD equivalent for every 10kg excess will apply. You are responsible for the shipping fee from Manila to your address. Estimated transit time from US to your PH address: 90 days
    • Rush Shipping: If you want to receive your order in a separate box and at a quicker pace, you have the option to choose DHL, UPS, or local post office shipping. You will need to pay the cost for shipping from our US HQ to your PH address. Please note: If you use this option, the courier or post office will most likely charge you taxes and duties, which you will be responsible for as well. Estimated transit time from US to your address: 7-14 days
  • For USA Pasabuys, please be reminded that shipping to the Philippines can take anytime between 2-3 months, sometimes 4 months due to unforeseen circumstances. Should there be any significant delays, we will notify you via Facebook messenger or email. We request your patience regarding the arrival of your order.

  • Once orders are delivered to our Manila HQ, we will notify you via Facebook messenger or email. During this time you, if you did a Pasabuy Request, you will need to send the remaining 50% payment and local shipping fee. After receiving your payment, kindly give us 3 days to sort, pack, and ship your order. We are not responsible for courier delays.

  • Shipping is from Monday to Friday. No shipping on weekends and holidays.
